Your vacation home is found in Limassol, Cyprus’ second largest city. It’s a charming and modern city, but still carries the winds of history over its cobblestones and romantic squares. You find award-winning restaurants next to cosy tavernas, and a state-of-the-art marina located just a hundred metres from the castle where Richard the Lionheart famously married Berengaria of Navarre. No Parties - Quiet Hours 22:00-08:00 Hrs: This property will not accommodate any parties. Please respect that building quiet hours are between 22:00/ 10:00 p.m. and 8:00/ 8:00 a.m. The property is equipped with a noise sensor. The sensor communicates directly with a security company who will come to your property if: ⦁ The noise sensor is touched/removed/turned off ⦁ If the noise level is too high due to partying anytime Consequences if the security company receives a warning and comes to your property: ⦁ Security company visit including Euro 100 fine to be paid immediately on-site ⦁ You will be asked to leave the property including police action and more potential fines. If extra cleaning costs occur due to partying in the apartment, the reservations deposit payment and extra cleaning fees starting from 200 euros will be charged to the guest. Tv: The Tv offers you a ´Chrome Cast´ device to be able to stream directly from apps on your personal devices e.g. smartphone. Please download the Chromecast app on your phone and control the Tv through the app or use Smart Tv with the remote control to start streaming. The Tv offers no Tv channels. Plug in Cyprus Please note that in Cyprus the power plug sockets are of British Origin - the three rectangular pins in a triangular pattern. If you plan to use any electronic devices (smart phones, tablet, laptop etc.) that do not fit this plug, we suggest you bring an adaptor. Also available in kiosks and shops around Cyprus. Do not dispose paper in the toilet! Please do not throw toilet paper, baby wipes, sanitary towels, tampons down the toilet. This rule applies to the entire island of Cyprus. Flushing toilet paper down the toilet will cause a severe blockage. Check Out: - Standard check out time is by 11:00hrs on your departure day. - Please, remember to start the dishwasher and empty the trash. If excessive garbage is left in the apartment, extra costs may occur. Police, Fire Brigade And Ambulance: Call 112 for life threatening emergencies and ask for the police, fire department or ambulance service. Please, remember to leave the key in the lockbox when you check out. If a guest does not leave the key in the box, he/she will be held liable for the bill of a locksmith.
