Please, note this apartment does not offer a sofa and a tv. Your home is in Larnaca, a Mediterranean gem on the southeast coast of the island. It’s Cyprus’ third biggest city and you’ll find plenty of things to do here. There are ancient monuments and archaeological sites to explore, wonderful restaurants and tavernas to try, and gorgeous sandy beaches to spend your days on. No Parties - Quiet Hours 22:00-08:00 Hrs: This property will not accommodate any parties. Please respect that building quiet hours are between 22:00/ 10:00 p.m. and 8:00/ 8:00 a.m. The villa is equipped with a noise sensor. The sensor communicates directly with a security company who will come to your property if: ⦁ The noise sensor is touched/removed/turned off ⦁ If the noise level is too high due to partying anytime Consequences if the security company receives a warning and comes to your property: ⦁ Security company visit including Euro 100 fine to be paid immediately on-site ⦁ You will be asked to leave the property including police action and more potential fines. If extra cleaning costs occur due to partying in the apartment, the reservations deposit payment and extra cleaning fees starting from 200 Eur will be charged to the guest. Wi-Fi: To connect to the free Wi-Fi, please follow the Wi-Fi information sent to your email with the check in instructions. Plug in Cyprus Please note that in Cyprus the power plug sockets are of British Origin - the three rectangular pins in a triangular pattern. If you plan to use any electronic devices (smart phones, tablet, laptop etc.) that do not fit this plug, we suggest you bring an adaptor. Also available in kiosks and shops around Cyprus. Do not dispose paper in the toilet! Please do not throw toilet paper, baby wipes, sanitary towels, tampons down the toilet. This rule applies to the entire island of Cyprus. Flushing toilet paper down the toilet will cause a severe blockage. Should you require a vacuum cleaner or an iron please contact our Gcc team and they will arrange it for you.
