The apartment has two separate bedrooms each fitted with a full double bed, a living room with a sleeping sofa ( 140*200cm), a bathroom with a washing machine and a clothes dryer, open-space kitchen and a balcony. The apartment is set in the outskirts of Frederiksberg, a short walk away from the trendy Nørrebro. You have lots of parks, metro, shopping and Copenhagen Zoo. You have lots of cafés, restaurants, shops and many other options right outside your door. Frederiksberg is a little oasis in Copenhagen. Despite its location, it is a nice and quiet place during late hours, but nightlife options are plenty and always very close by. No private parking provided. Public parking is available across Frederiksberg. In most of the city you will have to pay to park and in some areas comply with restrictions. Please respect that building quiet hours are between 22:00/ 10:00 p.m. and 8:00/ 8:00 a.m. The apartment is equipped with a noise sensor. The sensor communicates directly with a security company who will come to your apartment if: ⦁ The noise sensor is touched/removed/turned off ⦁ If the noise level is too high due to partying anytime Consequences if the security company receives a warning and comes to your property: ⦁ Security company visit including Euro 100 / Dkk 800 fine to be paid immediately on-site ⦁ You will be asked to leave the property including police action and more potential fines. If extra cleaning costs occur due to partying in the apartment, the reservations deposit payment and extra cleaning fees starting from Dkk 1500 will be charged to the guest. Wifi: To connect to the free Wifi, please follow the Wifi information sent to your email with the check in instructions. Tv: The Tv offers you a ´Chrome Cast´ device to be able to stream directly from apps on your personal devices e.g. smartphone. Please download the Chromecast app on your phone and control the Tv through the app or use Smart Tv with the remote control to start streaming. The Tv offers no Tv channels. Coffee Machine: The apartment is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine and we are offering you a complimentary set of 6 coffee capsules. If you need more, you can always order more capsules directly from us through our Qr code form placed in the apartment kitchen. Check Out: - Standard check out time is by 11:00hrs on your departure day. - Please, remember to start the dishwasher and empty the trash. If excessive garbage and recycling (bottles, carton, etc. ) is left in the apartment, extra costs may occur. - Please, remember to leave the key in the lockbox when you check out. If a guest does not leave the key in the box, he/she will be held liable for the bill of a locksmith.
