Terms and Conditions for Sanders Club membership benefits

18% Discount

The 18% discount is applicable only to stays booked through sandersstay.com.
It cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers.
The discounted stay must occur within the 1-year period while the membership is active. Booking a discounted stay after membership expiration is not permitted.
The discount can be applied to the base rate and any additional services reserved at the time of booking.
The reservation must be made by you or an immediate family member. Bookings at a discounted rate on behalf of others are not allowed.
The discount may not be applicable to all properties listed on sandersstay.com. It is exclusively extended to properties that are under the full management of Sanders and does not encompass properties managed by our esteemed partners.

Personal check-in is available during standard business hours (8:00 am to 6:00 pm) or by special arrangement.
Arrival time must be arranged and confirmed 24 hours prior to check-in.
Guests must provide valid contact information to communicate any delays, cancellations, or changes related to check-in.
While we make every effort to provide personal check-in, we cannot be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances preventing its availability, including illness of our staff.

We strive to have the welcome gift prepared in the room upon your arrival or delivered within 24 hours.
The specific gift may vary depending on the location and duration of your stay.

Early check-in is guaranteed from 14:00.
Requests for earlier check-in will be accommodated whenever possible but are subject to availability and circumstances beyond our control.
Luggage storage on-site is not provided unless pre-arranged with Sanders. Any storage agreed upon is done at your own risk.

The bonus night can be utilized for stays of a minimum duration of 3 nights. It cannot be exchanged for monetary compensation.
The free night must be used for a future reservation and is not refundable for past or already paid reservations.

Upgrades are offered based on availability.
1-tier upgrades are determined by Sanders and depend on the amenities and size of the property.
Upgrades are granted only if the member can enjoy the entire stay in the upgraded property. Partial upgrades are not provided.

In compliance with EU regulations, Sanders offers a 14-day cancellation period from the date of purchase, during which the member is eligible for a full refund of the membership fee if the member chooses to cancel. In the event that any of the benefits associated with Club membership have been utilized by the member within the span of 14 days, the member shall forfeit their eligibility to receive a complete reimbursement.

Members have the right to terminate their membership if Sanders fails to provide the specified services. In such cases, a refund for the remaining portion of the membership fee will be issued.
Terminating the membership also cancels the membership benefits for any future booked stays.
The membership period is one year, and the fee is charged on a recurring basis. Members can opt out before the next billing period to avoid charges.

Sanders reserves the right to terminate a membership if a member repeatedly engages in misconduct, severely damages a property, violates these terms, or engages in other prohibited activities.
Membership fees will not be refunded if termination occurs due to misconduct or violation of the terms.
