Sanders View Pool Villas
The Sanders View is a property consisting of two villas on a hillside in the charming village of Peristeróna, in northwest Cyprus. The villas are perfect for families or larger groups looking to travel together with hopes of nesting in “connected, but still separate” spaces. One of the villas has beds for up to eight guests, while the other can comfortably house sixteen. Both come with fully equipped kitchens, patios, balconies, terraces, and swimming pools. You find the vacation homes in the hills of the picturesque village Peristeróna. The surrounding area is a mix between the wild and beautiful nature of Cyprus and fields of agricultural lands. Historically, the farms here have produced olives, almonds, and citrus fruits, and in many places the same work is still ongoing. For city vibes and shopping, you just drive north for a few minutes, where you find Pólis and a wide selection of restaurants, stores, and beaches. Sanders, welcoming home. Please respect that building quiet hours are between 22:00/ 10:00 p.m. and 8:00/ 8:00 a.m. The property is equipped with a noise sensor. The sensor communicates directly with a security company who will come to your property if: ⦁ The noise sensor is touched/removed/turned off ⦁ If the noise level is too high due to partying anytime Consequences if the security company receives a warning and comes to your property: ⦁ Security company visit including Euro 100 fine to be paid immediately on-site ⦁ You will be asked to leave the property including police action and more potential fines. If extra cleaning costs occur due to partying in the apartment, the reservations deposit payment and extra cleaning fees starting from 200 euros will be charged to the guest. Tv: The Tv offers you a ´Chrome Cast´ device to be able to stream directly from apps on your personal devices e.g. smartphone. Please download the Chromecast app on your phone and control the Tv through the app or use Smart Tv with the remote control to start streaming. The Tv offers no Tv channels. Plug in Cyprus Please note that in Cyprus the power plug sockets are of British Origin - the three rectangular pins in a triangular pattern. If you plan to use any electronic devices (smart phones, tablet, laptop etc.) that do not fit this plug, we suggest you bring an adaptor. Also available in kiosks and shops around Cyprus. Do not dispose paper in the toilet! Please do not throw toilet paper, baby wipes, sanitary towels, tampons down the toilet. This rule applies to the entire island of Cyprus. Flushing toilet paper down the toilet will cause a severe blockage.
