The kitchen is open and fully equipped, and you’ll also have two terraces leading straight into the pools at your disposal. Your apartment is part of the big vacation resort, giving you access to all its pools and the communal gym. You can also indulge and book a treatment at the nearby spa for a fee. So, feel free to spend your mornings, days, and evenings at home – no one would judge you. Please note that the indoor pool and gym is for adults only. Your apartment is found in Limassol, the second largest city of Cyprus. It’s a city where the old mingles with the new, as archaeological sites and ancient monuments sits among the fashionable shopping streets, state-of-the-art marinas, and fine dining restaurants. No Parties - Quiet Hours 22:00-08:00 Hrs: This property will not accommodate any parties. Please respect that building quiet hours are between 22:00/ 10:00 p.m. and 8:00/ 8:00 a.m. The property is equipped with a noise sensor. The sensor communicates directly with a security company who will come to your property if: ⦁ The noise sensor is touched/removed/turned off ⦁ If the noise level is too high due to partying anytime Consequences if the security company receives a warning and comes to your property: ⦁ Security company visit including Euro 100 fine to be paid immediately on-site ⦁ You will be asked to leave the property including police action and more potential fines. If extra cleaning costs occur due to partying in the apartment, the reservations deposit payment and extra cleaning fees starting from 200 euros will be charged to the guest. Tv: The Tv offers you a ´Chrome Cast´ device to be able to stream directly from apps on your personal devices e.g. smartphone. Please download the Chromecast app on your phone and control the Tv through the app or use Smart Tv with the remote control to start streaming. The Tv offers no Tv channels. Plug in Cyprus Please note that in Cyprus the power plug sockets are of British Origin - the three rectangular pins in a triangular pattern. If you plan to use any electronic devices (smart phones, tablet, laptop etc.) that do not fit this plug, we suggest you bring an adaptor. Also available in kiosks and shops around Cyprus.
