The kitchen is open and equipped, and you have a lovely terrace for lazy break-fasts and dinners. You will stay in the centre of the city, with walking distance to all the sights and musts. Just outside you have the legendary shopping street Strøget that runs from the central station to Kongens Ny-torv and colourful Nyhavn. Around every corner you’ll run into an award-winning restaurant or in-timate cafés – the hard part is to settle on a favourite. (Please note that the building is shared with residents that are not on their holiday, but live there permanently. The sensor communicates directly with a security company who will come to your apartment if: ⦁ The noise sensor is touched/removed/turned off ⦁ If the noise level is too high due to partying anytime Consequences if the security company receives a warning and comes to your property: ⦁ Security company visit including Euro 100 / Dkk 800 fine to be paid immediately on-site ⦁ You will be asked to leave the property including police action and more potential fines. If extra cleaning costs occur due to partying in the apartment, the reservations deposit payment and extra cleaning fees starting from Dkk 1500 will be charged to the guest. Tv: The Tv offers you a ´Chrome Cast´ device to be able to stream directly from apps on your personal devices e.g. Iphone.
