When booking with Sanders, the payment for your stay will depend on your booking channel as well as the selected cancellation policy at the time of booking. 

We provide 2 cancellation policies - Free7 and Non-refundable. You can read more details about the policies below.

If you book with Free7 cancellation, you can cancel up to 7 days before your check-in and get a 100% refund. In this case, the time of payment will be approximately 7 days before arrival. 

In the event that you are entitled to receive a refund, the refund will be transferred to your account by Your Rentals, who is our channel manager and responsible for payment processing. Your refund will be transferred to the same payment card that you used to pay for your booking. Refunds are processed within 24 hours of cancellation and may take 5-10 bank days to reach your bank account. 

If you book with Non Refundable cancellation, you will be charged the total price of the reservation with no option of refund in case of cancellation. In this case the full amount of your stay will be charged from your account any moment after booking confirmation.

We're terribly sorry you ended up and this situation - and will make sure you get all the necessary follow-up. This should not be a common situation and is mostly likely caused by external factors to Sanders.
