No Parties - Quiet Hours 22:00-08:00 Hrs: This property will not accommodate any parties. Please respect that building quiet hours are between 22:00/ 10:00 p.m. and 8:00/ 8:00 a.m. The apartment is equipped with a noise sensor. The sensor communicates directly with a security company who will come to your apartment if: ⦁ The noise sensor is touched/removed/turned off ⦁ If the noise level is too high due to partying anytime Consequences if the security company receives a warning and comes to your property: ⦁ Security company visit including Euro 100 / Dkk 800 fine to be paid immediately on-site ⦁ You will be asked to leave the property including police action and more potential fines. If extra cleaning costs occur due to partying in the apartment, the reservations deposit payment and extra cleaning fees starting from Dkk 1500 will be charged to the guest. Check Out: - Standard check out time is by 11:00hrs on your departure day. - Please, remember to leave the key in the lockbox when you check out. If a guest does not leave the key in the box, he/she will be held liable for the bill of a locksmith.
